We offer a wide range of tax services including tax preparation, and financial organization support.


Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.


The cost of tax preparation varies based on the complexity of your tax situation. Contact us to schedule a consultation and receive a quote.


 You can begin by completing our secure intake form and uploading your documents through our encrypted client portal. Once received, we’ll review your information and confirm final pricing before preparation begins 


 Most clients need photo ID, Social Security numbers for all dependents, W-2s or 1099s, and any prior year return if available. After intake, we’ll notify you if additional documentation is required. 


 Most individual returns are completed within 5 business days after receiving all required documentation. More complex returns may require additional review time. 


 Most services are provided virtually for convenience and efficiency. Limited in-person appointments may be available by request. 


 We can begin the review process with available documentation. If additional items are required, we will notify you before preparation is finalized. 


 Yes. We offer the option to have preparation fees deducted from your federal refund through an IRS-authorized banking partner. Additional bank fees may apply. 


 Yes. We prepare prior year returns and amendments. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and year requested. 


 If you receive an IRS or state notice related to a return we prepared, contact us promptly. We will review the notice and provide guidance on next steps. 


 Yes. We use encrypted client portals, secure payment processing, and active site monitoring. We are an IRS Authorized E-File Provider and follow strict data protection practices.

How We Obtain Consent
Clients voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their phone number and selecting the required consent checkbox within our secure Taxaroo intake questionnaire.
