Welcome to your tax preparation intake page. This page contains the forms and documents required to begin your tax preparation services with Edwards Tax & Finance.
Once you begin the onboarding process, required documents will be made available to you through our secure client portal. Documents may be signed electronically when available. If preferred, documents can also be downloaded, completed, and uploaded using the secure link below.
After your submissions are received, we will review your information and contact you within 1–2 business days with next steps. If you have questions about any form or upload requirement, please email hello@edwardstaxfinance.com.
If you are completing prior-year tax returns, additional documentation may be required.
Prefer to print and complete on paper? All of these documents related to your financial services can be printed and signed — then scanned and uploaded.
Tip: For the fastest turnaround, downloading documents, completing them, and uploading the completed files through the secure client portal is typically quicker than completing forms directly within the portal.
Signing Tip: For downloaded forms, please open files using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Mobile browsers may not support electronic signatures.
